"Risky Photography: Radical Octopack" is part of the Risky Photography series quest where you'll take photos of different enemies.
Begin the quest by talking to Alfred near the entrance of the Abandoned District. Teleport to the "Beside the Golden Fields" Warp Spire. Alfred requests a photo of a Radical Octopack emitting Essence Orbs from its head taken at dusk for his research.
The Radical Octopack can be found just south of Alfred, visible from the cliff. Jump down to its location, alert it, and set the time to dusk using Run, Pear-Pal if you haven’t already. Prepare your camera, wait for the Radical Octopack to emit Essence Orbs, and take the photo when the grid turns gold.
Return to Alfred and present the photo of the Radical Octopack emitting Essence Orbs at dusk. He will thank you, completing the quest.
