"Risky Photography: Greedy Pouch" is part of the Risky Photography series quest where you'll take photos of different enemies. This quest begins when you talk to Syfdent on the bridge near the entrance of Stoneville. He needs your help to photograph a running Greedy Pouch for his research.
You'll see the Greedy Pouch from where Syfdent is facing. Since the objective is to photograph the "a Greedy Pouch running away," you need to approach it intentionally to alert it before taking the photo.
