Head to Florawish
Leaf Litter Cleanup quest is located in Florawish. You can fast travel from the Stylist' Guild Front Gate or in front of the Mayor's Residence.
Approach Monaco
Once you arrive in Florawish, look for Monaco, who can be found near the street that leads from Ray and Wing's place. Approach Monaco to start the quest and offer your assistance.
