The Find Fragrance: Citrus Burst quest is located in the Relic Hill Cavern in Florawish. You can use the Secret Base Warp Spire to fast travel to the location.

| 1 |  Head inside until you reach a wall then turn left. |

| 2 |  Avoid falling in the water. Use your ability to jump and float to get to the other side. |
