Kindled Inspiration: Glimpse of Sunset quest is located at the Wishing Woods. It can be started by talking to the Faewish Sprite, Oguda, near the banks of the statue of the Wishing One. You can fast travel to this location using the Aurosa Valley Warp Spire.

Oguda's hint about 'a pair of glasses that could let us see the sunset anytime...' is actually the Glimpse of Sunset. Use Nikki's Wardrobe to add it to your custom look.
Glimpse of Sunset (Face Decorations)
If you don't have the Glimpse of Sunset item yet, you can buy it from Marques Boutique in Florawish for 3,200 Blings.
Talk to Oguda again during sunset while wearing the Glimpse of Sunset item to clear the quest.
If it is still too early, you can change the time using Run, Pearl-Pal.
