The Secret Under the Stonetree - Quest Guide
- Find the Cave in Stoneville.
- Talk to Luigi.
- Head Inside the Cave.
- Explain Your Findings to Luigi.
To start this quest, find the cavern using the Flamecrest Stonetree warp spire in Stoneville. Once you arrive, float and descend towards the stonetree's base, where you'll see a young boy named "Luigi," standing in front of the cave.
Speak with Luigi to uncover a curious revelation, Nikki and Momo will learn that Luigi saw a couple of adults have been discreetly slipping their wishes into the cave instead of giving them to Mr. Dartanion, the wish collector. Luigi will ask Nikki to investigate the cave.
Investigating the burning stove inside the cave uncovers the adults' wishes, which surprisingly turn out to be expressions of their frustrations with the hardships of everyday life.
There's a chest inside the cave that will reward you with a head accessory, Night's Soul, x30 Diamonds, x1,000 Blings, x40 Mira EXP, and x20 Thread of Purity once opened.
Step out of the cave and talk to Luigi about the adults' secret haven. Nikki and Momo explain that the cave serves as a safe space for burning wishes, allowing them to unburden themselves of daily stresses without judgment. Luigi appreciates the sentiment and agrees to keep the adults' secret. This will complete the quest and you'll receive x30 Diamonds.
