How To Get Fungal Growth Recipe
Fungal Growths can be obtained from bugs which have been infected by toxic gases. These can be found in areas with a thick green fog around them. Killing any enemies in this area will provide you with Fungal Growth.
↑ You can find both infected Mites and Weevils. Weevils will explode if they get close to you, so make sure to keep your distance!
Fungal Growth Enemy Location
The above-mentioned area can be found to the left of the rake, in the western-most part of the map.
Use A Gas Mask To Safely Traverse
This area has been thoroughly contaminated by Stink Bugs. Walking around here will cause you to take intermittent damage, which could kill you. The only way to remedy this (that we know) is to craft and wear a Gas Mask. This will, however, require you to take down a Stinkbug first. If you can't handle this, simply bring a lot of healing items such as Fiber Bandages.
