Weapon Traits
Fires in 3-Shot Bursts
The ABR 223 can only fire in 3-shot bursts and holding down the trigger will not make it fire bursts continuously.
Can Take Out Enemies In 2 Bursts
With each shot dealing 38 damage, fully connecting all 3 shots will deal 114 damage. Connecting 2 full bursts will be sufficient to take out an enemy player.
Aiming Affected By Recoil
Aiming down sights at long range is affected by recoil so your shot will be slightly off from where you actually aimed.

Engage Enemies In Mid Range
Mid Range enemies are the targets of choice for the ABR 223 as it can deal good damage and maintain accuracy from a distance.
Equip The Repeater Mod To Auto Burst Fire
The Repeater Mod will allow you to turn the ABR 223 into an automatic burst weapon, allowing you to constantly shoot down enemies. Remember to have the Operator Mod Wildcard equipped in your loadout.
