Safeguard - Overview
Game Mode Description
Teams take turn escorting and attacking a non-combative robot while it makes it's way towards a certain point at the end of the map. Teams score after completing the team's objective for the round.
Attacker's Objective
Attackers will need to escort the robot to its destination at the other end of the map by staying close to it. Getting too far away from the robot will cause it to stop. The team will score when the robot reaches its destination under the time limit.
Defender's Objective
Defenders need to stop the attackers from escorting the robot to its destination within the time limit. In order to score they need to make time run out to prevent attackers from bringing the robot to its destination.

Attackers - Seraph
Reason For Recommendation
Seraph is a great specialist to use for attackers since she can give the team a close spawn point to the robot. It is very useful since it cuts the travel time attackers need to get to, and escort the robot!
Defenders - Torque
Reason For Recommendation
Torque is a very great specialist when it comes to blocking paths. Use Razor Wire at choke points to stop enemies from progressing forward with the robot. The barricade can also help you hold your ground when the enemy tries to push forward.

Attackers - Fan Out And Clear A Path
The whole team does not need to be present when escorting the robot to its destination. It would be best for other players to fan out and scout the area ahead. Clearing a path will be helpful to quickly push the robot towards the objective.
Defenders - Pressure The Enemy With Explosive Weapons
One way of wasting time that defenders can do is to use launchers and explosives to disable the robot. This will stop it from moving, and require attackers to fix it first before it moves again.
