Esther Wind Team
This team is centered around Esther and Jiwon. For this team, it's recommended to fill the remaining slot with a Destroyer or an attacker that matches the enemy's elemental weakness. Flare is highly recommended for this spot since her Ultimate Skill has an excellent Defense debuff effect on enemies.
Gabi Earth Team
This team has Gabi at the forefront since she can deal high damage in both single enemy and multiple enemy fights. Ellie and Francis can provide Neutralization DMG and high healing.

Recommended Fire Team
This is a team focused on Fire damage. By switching to Leeho after using Flare's Special Skill, Flare and Leeho each apply Fire RES Reduction the moment they deal damage. Angel can assist with firepower via her Support Skill even when not being controlled.
Recommended Ice Team
This is an Ophelia-main team focused on Ice damage. Cloud supports Ophelia by building up the Staggered gauge and applying Ice RES Reduction with her Ultimate, while Francis supports Ophelia through healing and the ATK boost effect of her Tag-out Skill.
Recommended Lightning Team
This is a team focused on Lightning damage. By keeping control of Yeonhwa and Francis to a minimum and concentrating on controlling Penny, you can consistently deal Lightning damage.
Recommended Wind Team
This is a team built around the combination of Esther and Jiwon. It is recommended to fill the remaining 1 slot with a Destroyer or attacker suited to the enemy's elemental weakness. Flare's Ultimate Skill DEF reduction effect is very effective.
Recommended Earth Team
This is a team focused on Earth damage. The basic approach is to focus control on Gabi, while Ellie and Francis support Gabi with minimal time spent controlling them. Gabi functions as the main attacker in both regular enemy encounters and boss battles.
Low Rarity Recommended Teams
Leeho Main Team
This team features the 4★ Assassin Leeho along with the free characters Verna and Cloud. Leeho can be quite difficult to master at first, but once you learn to chain his hunting form after Verna's Special Skill, you can deal consistent high damage.
How to Build Your Teams
Create a Well-Balanced Party
The key to creating a team in Mongil is to have a good balance of Attackers, Destroyers, and Supports in your party. A poorly balanced team can lead to difficulties in clearing high-level content.

This sample team comp can handle Main Quest progression and other types of content. Rotate between your characters in order to cycle through their Switch Skills.
Match Elements in Your Team
All characters can apply an Element DMG Affliction debuff based on their Element. Not only will it boost the damage of the active character, but it will also increase the damage done by your whole team.
Element DMG Affliction Element is Fixed
The Element DMG Affliction debuff has a fixed effect magnitude and duration regardless of how much you have strengthened the character. A 15% Affliction is powerful, so even if you are only enhancing a single character, it provides significant benefits to the team.
Be Mindful of the Order
Characters such as Supports can use their Switch Skill to buff the next character coming in. Since characters generally rotate in a certain order, it's recommended to place an attacker right after the character that can buff.
