Freeing Korok Forest - Level & Characters

Description	Frustrated that her power has not awakened yet, Zelda goes to the training grounds to fine tune the Divine Beasts. However, she is met with an ambush and a threat to her life instead.

Upon finishing chapter one, this quest will be unlocked together with other quest with the champions. This quest is unlocked after completing all of the other warrior missions.

Walkthrough Chart

1	Pilot the Vah Medoh & Destroy all 27 Outposts

3	Defeat Stalnox
4	Extinguish the Malice swamp. Head to one of the points

2. Head for Korok Forest - Tips

Hesfu Will Not Move If There Enemies

You'll need to follow Hesfu during this section of the stage. However, he will not move forward if there are too many enemies or an elite enemy is present.

A Stalmoblin Will Appear On Your Way

On the way to Korok Forest, you will meet a Stalmoblin. It's swings are pretty short and have a slight windup. Try to dodge them as he does them.

3. Defeat Stalnox - Tips

Quickly Move Away During Belly Flop Attack

You'll have enough time to rush out of Stalnox's range as it does its Belly Flop attack. Keep dodging towards the same direction!

Dodge Back During Front Slam Attack

Stalnox's front slams can easily be escaped by dodging backwards. Going to the sides may still put you at its range so be careful.

4. Extinguish The Malice Swamp - Tips

Order Allies To Different Points

There are a total of 4 points at different ends of the maps that you'll need to go to. Make it easier for you by ordering your allies to head for them!

5. Defeat The 5 Hollows - Tips

Each Hollow Has Different Movements

All four Hollows are different from each other with their own set of attacks since they take the form of one of your allies. They copy Urobosa, Mipha, Revali & Daruk.

Gain Control Of Hesfu

Hesfu will join your party as its 4th member after you defeat 3 of the Hollows. Be careful though, if he flees, the mission will fail.

6. Defeat The Next 4 Hollows - Tips

Can Only Play Link Starting Here

For this part of the mission, you will play as Link. You won't be able to switch to any other party member.

Same Hollows As Previously

You will be fighting hollows of Urobosa, Mipha, Revali & Daruk again, but this time, they will be in the same area.

7. Defeat Astor - Tips

Keep Dodging During Malice Ball Attack

Astor will raise his hand to the air and will continuously summon balls of malice to your location. Continue dodging to a side to escape from it.

Attack During Malice Geyser Attack

During this attack, Astor will kneel and place his hand on the ground as geysers of malice appears. Use this opportunity to attack him as he will stay still for a few seconds.

Move Back From Chaos Ball

When Astor summons a large ball of malice energy, dodge back as it will expand in front of it. You can also dodge towards Astor's back to escape it.

Astor Can Teleport

Try to time your special attacks right after Astor has teleported to prevent him dodging your attack.

Break Down His Shield

Astor will create a shield that is tied to the Hollows that he will summon. Defeat the Hollows and his shield will break.
