Demo Is Free
The Demo is free for all players with Switch & Nintendo account to play. You do not need to pre-order the full Hyrule Warriors Age of Calamity game to participate in the demo.

1. Log In With Your Nintendo Account
First, go to the Nintendo's official store page. Remember to log in with your Nintendo Account, or you'll not be able to proceed! The Demo is free for all to play.

Once logged in, click on the "Download demo" button. Remember to log in with the Nintendo account for your Switch.
3. Login To Your Switch And Download
After clicking, it should link your account with the demo version so that your Switch can begin Download. Turn on your switch to begin download, and the demo should be available for playing.

Choose Among 3 Characters
For the demo, players can choose between 3 characters to progress the story - Link, Zelda or Impa. The characters can be swapped between based on the story progression. You can even replay the game with different character as your main for a different experience!

Local Two-Player Mode Only
Though the full game will come with online multiplayer support, the Demo will only support local 2-player coop mode. To play multiplayer with the demo, you'll need to have a friend in your immediate vicinity.
