How To Unlock Merchants

Complete Quests To Unlock Merchants
New merchants start to appear on the World Map when you complete special Unlock Services Quests. In order to complete these quests, you'll need to submit the specific materials each quests requires.

What To Do When A Merchant Isn't Showing Up
Clear Stages To Encounter Merchants
Sometimes merchants won't show up in a designated area and you'll get a message saying that "there isn't a merchant here right now...". You can make merchants respawn by clearing challenges or main story stages. Merchants might leave again after you clear other stages, so make sure you visit them before starting another stage!
