Deals 50% of Blade's ATK as Wind DMG to a target enemy.
Consumes HP equal to 10% of Blade's Max HP and deals Wind DMG equal to the sum of 20% of his ATK and 50% of his Max HP to a single enemy. In addition, deals Wind DMG equal to the sum of 8% of Blade's ATK and 20% of his Max HP to adjacent targets.
If Blade's current HP is insufficient, his HP will be reduced to 1 when using Forest of Swords.
Forest of Swords cannot regenerate Skill Points.
Skill:
Hellscape
Consumes HP equal to 30% of Blade's Max HP to enter the Hellscape state.
When Hellscape is active, his Skill cannot be used, his DMG dealt increases by 12%, and his Basic ATK Shard Sword is enhanced to Forest of Swords for 3 turns.
If Blade's current HP is insufficient, his HP will be reduced to 1 when he uses his Skill.

At the same time, deals Wind DMG to adjacent targets equal to the sum of 9.6% of his ATK, 24% of his Max HP, and 24% of the total HP he has lost in the current battle.
The total HP Blade has lost in the current battle is capped at 90% of his Max HP. This value will be reset and re-accumulated after his Ultimate is used.

Shuhu's Gift
When Blade sustains DMG or consumes his HP, he gains 1 stack of Charge, stacking up to 5 times. A max of 1 Charge stack can be gained every time he is attacked.
When Charge stack reaches maximum, immediately launches a follow-up attack on all enemies, dealing Wind DMG equal to 22% of Blade's ATK plus 55% of his Max HP. At the same time, restores Blade's HP by 25% of his Max HP. After the follow-up attack, all Charges are consumed.
Technique

Immediately attacks the enemy. After entering combat, consumes 20% of Blade's Max HP while dealing Wind DMG equal to 40% of his Max HP to all enemies.

Blade's Strengths

Consume HP For Damage Bonus

Blade's powerful attacks are convenient to break the enemy and apply Wind Shear which can defeat enemies swiftly. This performance is advantageous for endgame content with a limited number of turns such as the Forgotten Hall.

The Enhanced Basic ATK Can Be Triggered Frequently

▲ Basic ATK is enhanced for 3 turns after using Skill

After using Skill, his basic attack "Shard Sword" changes to "Forest of Swords" for three turns. In addition, using Blade's Skill does not consume a turn which allows him to continue to sustain his damage output and wide-range attacks with minimal SP consumption.

However, unlike other enhanced Basic STK, Blade's ATKs don't restore SP. The SP consumption is quite low among attackers, but it is difficult to be used for restoring SP.

Great To Pair With Luocha

Blade's ability kit makes him ideal to be paired with a healer who can heal frequently. In this case, Luocha is an ideal partner for Blade. With frequent healing, Luocha can accumulate Abyss Flower stacks for maintaining the "Cycle of Life" AoE and secure the HP of the team.

NoteLuocha's Prayer of Abyss Flower is automatically cast to an ally if the HP falls below 50%. This action does not consume SP but it has a cooldown of 2 turns.

Blade's damage output is not only based on ATK but also on maximum HP and lost HP. The proportion of these factors is significant so build him and focus on increasing maximum HP rather than ATK. While Blade can consistently consume HP to boost his own damage, note that his compatibility with support buffers who can enhance ATK may be limited.

Do Not Use A Shield On Blade

Blade's talent, "Shuhu's Gift", does not stack when damage is negated by a Shield. Blade does not perform well with shielders so instead use healers who can frequently restore HP.

Blade's Weakness

Not Work Well With Existing Supporters

Blade's damage is largely dependent on maximum HP, making it incompatible with existing supporters that focus on ATK Buffs. While Silver Wolf and Pela, which are mainly used for Debuffs, and Bronya, which has dealt DMG Buff and Advanced Forward, are good companions, the buff effect cannot be fully utilized by Tingyun and Asta, which have ATK Buffs.

Highly Dependent On Luocha

Blade is an attacker who consumes a large amount of HP, and the amount of HP consumed also affects his DMG output. It is not compatible with Shields that prevent Talent charging, so it is difficult to maximize his firepower without the team composition with Luocha, which restores HP frequently and has a high amount of recovery.
