Obtain Loot From World Activities & Bosses

Defeat Named World Bosses

These bosses are scattered throughout the world map. Defeat them for a chance to get rare loot.

Complete Activities & Control Points

Control Points summon enemy leader bosses which can also drop loot.

Farm The Dark Zone

Get Better Loot From The Dark Zone

Agents can go on a farming run on the Dark Zone (DZ), as named bosses almost always drop loot, and chests contain valuable equipment. Be careful though as other agents can go Rogue on you and steal your loot.

Use Dark Zone Keys To Unlock Chests

Some Dark Zone chests require keys for you to unlock, which can be obtained from Dark Zone bosses, or even other players. These chests reward better items.

Watch Out For DZ Drops

The Dark Zone also occasionally provides DZ drops. Defeat enemies guarding these drops and obtain the loot inside DZ drop chests. Watch out as other players may also be after these.

Go Rogue On The Dark Zone

Stealing other player's loot, picking locked chests and stealing DZ Drop rewards you with more loot. However, the risk becomes higher as this nets you the Rogue status.

Completing Bounties For Rewards

Kill Off Bounty Targets For More Loot

Bounties are are a great way to get loot. By taking on bounties and taking out specified targets, you're guaranteed better loot as long as you complete the bounty.

Achieve Higher World Tier

Complete World Tier Challenges To Upgrade Gear Score

Reaching the end game gives you access to World Tiers, which are difficulty categories that have a set ceiling gear score for items you receive. Aim for a higher World Tier to gain much higher Gear Score items.
