Specific Makers Of Gear Pieces In Division 2
In Division 2, some of the gear pieces you can pick up will have a brand name attached to it. These are specific "manufacturers" of the equipment you use in combat.
Branded Gear Provide Unique Bonuses Per Piece
When you pick up branded gear, they provide a set number of unique bonuses that can be specific to a weapon, skill, or statistic. Each piece will have a bonus and will unlock more depending on the number of pieces you equip.
You Don't Need 3 Pieces To Get A Bonus
You don't need to equip 3 pieces of a brand set to get a bonus because each piece will already have 1 bonus activated. But if you like the 2nd or 3rd bonus in the brand set, you need to equip the corresponding number of pieces.
