How To Unlock Fast Travel
Properly Visiting Areas Unlocks Fast Travel
You will be able to unlock points on the map for fast travel by visiting these points at least once while you are exploring. Locations with the word "Locked" displayed on their names means that they haven't been visited yet.
Fast Travel Option Is On The Map
If you open the map, you will be able to see a "Fast Travel" option on the lower left corner of the map. If the option is not there, you might not have properly unlocked this location yet!

- Safe Houses
- Conquered Control Points
Fast Travel Limitations
You Cannot Fast Travel In Combat
One limitation to fast travel is that you cannot do it while in combat. Make sure that there are no enemies nearby when you are attempting to fast travel.
You Cannot Fast Travel In The Dark Zone
You will also not be able to fast travel out of Dark Zones. You will need to manually leave the Dark Zones, and then fast travel to a new location once you are outside.

You will be able to fast travel to different locations when you are in a mission. However, this may result in you leaving the mission area, and losing your mission progress.
How To Fast Travel
Step 1: Open Your Map
First, you must first open up your map. This will show you the different areas and locations which you can travel to.
Step 2: Choose Your Fast Travel Point
Once you have selected the area you want to fast travel to, go to it, and hover your cursor over it to bring the up the options on the lower left corner of your screen.
You Must Visit The Location First To Fast Travel
Keep in mind that you will not be able to fast travel to areas that you have not properly visited yet. This means that a locked safe house will not be available, and Control Points which you don't control will not be fast travel points.
Step 3: Fast Travel To The Location
Hold down the button prompt for fast travel to initiate it. After a few seconds, you will fast travel to your desired location!
