Character Creation Happens At Start Of Game

Character Creation Happens At Start Of Game

Players can create then customize their character before diving into the world of Division 2. This happens before the tutorial prologue.

Some Options Can't Be Changed After Character Creation

Physical appearances such as body type, head, face, skin tone, and eye color options cannot be changed after they are chosen. These are permanent choices that cannot be changed after character creation.

Step 1: Choose Body Type

Choose Body Type

The first option you'll get is choosing your body type - either male or female. You can also randomize the character appearance if you don't want to go through the process of character creation.

Step 2: Customize Appearance, Markings, & Outfit

After choosing your characters gender, you can customize their appearance. This provides many options such as head, face, skin tone, hair color, eye color, and more!

Recruit Barber To Unlock Customization At Base of Operation

Recruit Barber To Unlock Customization At Base of Operation

Completing enough missions for The Campus settlement will allow you to recruit Joshua Summers as a barber at the Base of Operations. You can find the barber at the first floor of the White House.

Permanent choices made at the start of the game can no longer be changed at the barber, however, you are free to customize hair type & color, face paint, scars, and tattoos.

You can customize your character's physical appearance in Division 2. This includes permanent fixtures such as head presets, hair color, hair style, eye color, and more.

Markings

Character markings include scars, face paint, and tattoos - added factors that make your character unique and different from others.

Initial Outfits

Initial Outfits

Initial outfits determine what your character will wear at the beginning of the game. This includes hats, shirts, pants, shoes, and patches. These can be changed after unlocking new cosmetic items or purchasing them from the shop.
