How to Use Promo Codes

Step 1: Log in to the Web Store

To redeem Digimon UP promo codes, you must log in to the Web Store using your Bandai Namco ID. We recommend creating a Bandai Namco ID and linking it to your game account in advance.

Step 2: Enter the Promo Code

Switch from the Store tab to "Promo Code", enter the promo code, and tap Input. Promo code rewards will be added directly to your inventory upon leaving the shop screen or restarting the app.
