Should You Reroll?

Takes Less Than 5 Minutes to Reroll

Rerolling is entirely optional, but it you want to do so, it's quite easy in Digimon UP since it only takes 5 minutes per attempt. If you're set on getting a specific Digimon from the gacha, reroll until you get them.

However, Consider the Low Drop Rate

What makes rerolling challening is not the time, but the low gacha drop rate. With a 0.5% drop rate, rerolling until you get your desired pull can take a long time. It's best to set a stopping point to be able to enjoy the game.

Buddy & SP Support Cannot Be Used Right Away

Both the Buddy and SP Support can't actually be used right away at the start of the game. They can only be added to your party upon progressing through the stages and complete all their unlock conditions.

How to Unlock Buddy and SP Support

No Need to Reroll for Permanent Gacha

Since the Permanent Gacha for Skills and Supports only has N Rarity at Level 1, it's not recommended to reroll for it.

Best Reroll Chase & Pulls

Aim to Get Omnimon

Omnimon is the featured character for the SP Support Special Summon and is the recommended goal when rerolling. Clearing stages becomes easier if you have an EX+ in your party after unlocking SP Support.

Unique Skill's AOE is Great

Omnimon is able to deal a fixed AoE damage whenever the Partner's normal attack deals a critical hit. This Unique Skill has no cooldown and will activate whenever a critical hit occurs.

Omnimon & Nefertimon Comparisons

Nefertimon is an SP Support that can be obtained for free, but requires a longer time to acquire. By having Omnimon, you immediately get its Passive Bonus so it's best to get even one.

Get Yagami Taichi & Agumon for Free

Yagami Taichi & Agumon will be given away for free as part of the pre-registration benefits for Digimon UP. This makes it more viable to aim for Omnimon since you already get the former ones for free.

Fastest Reroll Method & Duration

Time Required for Reroll

Download Game & Launch App

First, download Digimon Up in any of your preferred platform (IOS/Android) and launch the game.

Tap the Title Screen & Perform Initial Setup

Upon launch, tap the title screen and complete the language settings, agreement to the terms of service, and customer information. You are free to choose "Disagree to All" for handling of customer information.

Listen to Jijimon

Go through your conversation with Jijimon quickly by tapping the screen.

Set Player Appearance

There are few options to the character creation so it should not take too long. It's best to choose your set appearance on your first reroll so you can quickly select the options again on your rerolls.

Choose a Partner Digimon

Choose a Partner Digimon from one of the 15 options. Do note that there is a way to get the ones you didn't choose later on.

Enter Player Name

A player name can only be 2-10 characters long. For the sake of a faster reroll attempt, make it short for this part since it can be changed later on anyways.

Proceed With the Tutorial

Go through the tutorials for the Hologram Device, equipment, and Guide quest.

Collect DigiEmerald From Presents

▲ It's under the notification icon in the upper left area of the screen.

You can collect the pre-release campaign reward in your Presents. DigiEmerald you get here can be used to pull the gacha.

Complete Up to Guide Quest 4

▲ Quest 1 is cleared during the tutorial.

The gacha is unlocked during Guide Quest 5 so quickly clear Guide Quests 2-4. You will know you've unlocked the Gacha when you get the tutorial for it.

Pull on the Special Summon

Use the DigiEmerald to do a 10-pull on the Special Summon. If you pull the featured Digimon, you can end the Reroll.

Delete Data and Start Over

If you didn't get the featured Digimon, delete your Data by going to the Menu → Other → Delete Account. Repeat the steps above until you get the featured Digimon.
