This old site kinda sux. When information is wrong, they don't bother fixing it.
I wasted time trying to find the body of Chrysis, thinking I must have not looted it, and that was why I didn't have the dagger & engraving. Gave up, eventually killed Cultist Nyx and voila! Dagger + Engraving.

Can confirm you get Dagger of Kronus from killing Nyx the Shadow
