Most of the enemies in this mission have low defense so it's better bring physical attackers. However, since a Heavy Defender Leader will appear, you should also have Casters & Specialists to deal with it.
Create Chokepoints with Defenders
Place Defenders along the two pathways to block enemy advances. Place a Sniper or a Caster on the platform in the middle to deal damage against enemies rushing in.
Use Pitfall to Quickly Defeat Enemies
Place Shaw at the bottom lane to be able to drop enemies into the Pitfall. You can even take care of the Heavy Defender Leader by making it fall into the trap.

Take advantage of Support Units to clear this stage. Since you don't have to farm this mission and use Auto-Deploy, it's better to use Support Units to clear it.
Use 6 Star Operators if You Have Them
