A long-range assault is very effective in the map so it's necessary to have at least 6 Sniper and Casters in your team. Casters are particularly important to defeat the Big Bob that will appear later in the match.
Use Defenders That Can Self-Heal
The Defender that will replace your Vanguard should be able to survive until Big Bob arrives. If by any chance, your range Operators fail to stop Big Bob, your Defender should last long enough for them to do so. Use a Defender with healing skills for this role!
Sacrifice Melee Character to Stop Big Bob
Big Bob has high damage, making it easy for it to take down Melee Characters. As soon as one of your Operators is defeated, replace it with another one to stop its advance.

Take advantage of Support Units to clear this stage. Since you don't have to farm this mission and use Auto-Deploy, it's better to use Support Units to clear it.
Recommended Support: Orchid
Orchid has a skill the will allow it to slow down enemies. This will help you to put in as much DPS as you can when dealing with Big Bob.
