Legacy Affinity List
There Are 3 Types of Affinity
There are three types of Legacy Affinity Types: △, 〇, and ◎. The stats and Skills passed on are prioritized with higher Legacy Affinity. Higher Affinity makes it easier to complete a Career with a stronger Umamusume.

Closer Aptitudes = Better Affinity
Basically, the closer an Umamusume's Aptitude is to another's, the higher their Affinity. Conversely, for Umamusume like Haru Urara, who share few similar Aptitudes, it can be hard to even achieve ○ Affinity.
Grandparents Legacy Also Matters
Affinity is influenced not only by the selected Umamusume but also by the Aptitude of the grandparents. So, when choosing Legacy Umamusume, consider which Umamusume you ultimately want to inherit the skills to.
Aptitude and Stat Boost EffectsG1 Races Affects Affinity
For every identical race (Graded only), that overlaps with the parent and grandparent, it increases Affinity points by 1. In addition, completing Crown set races provides an extra point for each Crown set.
Spark Legacy Affinity Loop
As a way to continuously produce ◎ Affinity, there is a method called the Spark Loop. By repeatedly farming Umamusume using 4-5 characters with high Affinity, you can continuously produce ◎ Umamusume.
[Note] It Doesn't Make 3★ Sparks Easier to Get
The Spark Loop makes it easier to inherit skills from the Legacy Origin, but it doesn’t directly increase the chances of obtaining 3★ Sparks. But as the Umamusume’s skills improve, the chances of getting good Sparks, and eventually 3★ Sparks, increases as a result.

Combination Example 1.
In this combination, Rice Shower and Oguri Cap coexist within the Legacy Chart. When the same horse is present in the Legacy Chart like this, we believe that ◎ Affinity is more likely to occur.

Combination Example 2.
In this combination, both parents, T.M. Opera O and Rice Shower, have Distance Aptitudes close to the Trainee Umamusume, Gold Ship. Additionally, the grandparents are also grouped in mid to long Distance, which likely explains the ◎ Affinity.
Combination Example 3.
This combination seems to reflect the Affinity set for the characters themselves. The Affinity between El Condor Pasa, Grass Wonder, and Tokai Teio is good, making it a combination that is likely to produce ◎.
