How to Enter Serial Codes

Enter from the Menu

You can enter serial codes by opening the Menu on the Home screen and entering it from Enter Code. Also, rewards will be sent to your Presents, so be sure to claim them from there.

Does Not Work on the iOS Version

You cannot use this method on iOS (iPhone). You will need to enter the code on the Android of the same account, or enter it via the Cygames WebStore.

Enter via the Cygames WebStore

As of February 23, 2025, it is now possible to enter serial codes via the Cygame WebStore. If you are playing Umamusume on iOS (iPhone), use this method to enter your codes.
