Uncap Guide - How to Limit Break and Benefits

Benefits of Limit Break

Level Cap is Increased

Each time you Limit Break (Uncap), the level cap increases by 5. Also, by reaching the required level through Limit Breaking, you will be able to acquire new Support Effects.

Max Level by Rarity

Support Effects are Unlocked

By increasing the level cap of a Support Card, Support Effects are also unlocked. Naturally, Limit Breaking makes Support Cards stronger, which in turn makes it easier to complete a strong Umamusume Career.

How to Limit Break

1. Obtain the Same Support Card

To Limit Break (Uncap) a Support Card, you need to obtain two or more copies of the same Support Card. You can acquire duplicate Support Cards from the Shop, Events, or Scout.

2. Go to Uncap from Enhance Menu

You can Limit Break (Uncap) Support Cards by going to Support Cards from the Enhance Menu, and then select Uncap. Once in the Uncap window, select the Support Card you want to Limit Break.

3. Consume Support Cards to Limit Break

You can Limit Break (Uncap) a card by using the duplicate Support Card as a material. This can be done up to 4 times for each Support Card, so you need 5 copies of one type of card to Max Limit Break (MLB) it.
