What is Training Level?
Higher Training Level, Bigger Gains
Each of the five training types: Speed, Stamina, Power, Guts, and Wits, has its own Training Level, ranging from 1 to 5. All training starts at level 1, and higher training levels grant more stat gains per session.

▲Speed Training is at Level 5, giving much higher stat gains than the other training types.
Basic Way to Raise Training Lv
Increases in Increments of 4 Sessions

In the URA scenario, Training Level increases by 1 for every 4 times you select the same training type. However, sessions during Summer Camp do not count toward this total.
Training Level Based on Number of Sessions
Level 1 | Initial |
---|---|
Level 2 | 4 Sessions |
Level 3 | 8 Sessions |
Level 4 | 12 Sessions |
Level 5 | 16 Sessions |
*These numbers can vary slightly due to friend events, bonuses from support cards, or scenario-specific modifiers.
Use Support Cards for Your Preferred Training

Using support cards that specialize in your chosen training type boosts efficiency. These cards prefer specific training like Speed or Stamina and are more likely to appear on matching training tiles, increasing the number of teammates and improving the session's effectiveness.
Benefits of Raising Training Level
The Amount of Stats Gained Increases
The higher the Training level, the greater the increase in Stats. Also, since characters have a Preferred Training Type, raise the level of each Training according to the character you are raising.

▲There is a big difference between level 1 and level 5
More Skill Points
Higher levels also increase the number of skill points you earn per session, helping you unlock stronger or more skills during training.
Better Support Effects

When multiple characters (especially with high bond levels) are on the tile, Level 5 training sessions can trigger a combo friendship training, leading to even more gains.
