From the Support Card inventory, you can convert duplicate Support cards into Cleats. There are 3 types of Cleats depending on rarity, and you can exchange them for Scout tickets and other items in the shop.
Open Storage from Support Cards
The Storage for converting to Cleats can be accessed from the Support Cards section in the enhancement menu.
Should You Use Them for Level Uncap or Cleats?
In Umamusume, it's hard to predict when a card will become useful. Even if a card has a low rating now, it might become essential later. Therefore, you should prioritize Level Uncap and convert the 6th copy and any subsequent ones into Cleats.
