Great Colored Carp is Relentless
Once the Great Colored Carp spots you, quickly swim in cover as the fish will keep attacking you. There are multiple areas inside its lair where you are safe from its attacks.
Cannot Defeat the Great Colored Carp
Don't even bother trying to attack the Great Colored Carp as it is invincible. Attacking it will just leave you out in the open and in the striking distance of the Carp.

Damage White Dragons to Lower Overall Vitality
Focus on damaging the White Dragons during this boss fight. Black Dragons will spawn later in the match, but don't bother with them. Only the White Dragons count for the health.
Old Dragons Spew Poison
The Old Dragons of the Tree will spew out poison in front of them. With the number of Old Dragons all spewing poison, you can easily get the Poison status effect from it.
Run to Dodge Summoned Tree Trunks
Tree trunks will start to sprout from where you stand in the middle of your fight with the Old Dragons. Continue running and don't stop until all of them are erected to prevent getting damaged by them.
Deal Deathblows to Damage Multiple Dragons
Go up one of the tree trunks and from there, you can deathblow any of the dragons. When you do, Sekiro will whip the poor dragon around, damaging everyone else around him.

The only way you'll be able to damage the Divine Dragon is by using Lightning Reversal on it. Grapple across the tree trunks and wait to be hit by the lightning. When you're struck, immediately press your attack button to throw it back.
Head to Where the Lightning is
The Divine Dragon will continuously strike lightning down a trunk. You can spot it easily as it glows. Head there immediately to get hit and be able to do Lightning Reversal.
Divine Dragon has Multiple Wind Attacks
The wind attacks of the Divine Dragon have a wide range, requiring players to grapple away quickly or dodge to escape them. If you do get hit, go up to a trunk and heal quickly to ensure you'll survive another hit.
Climb Up Its Sword to Get the Dragon Tears
Once you've completely depleted the vitality of the Divine Dragon, he will slump over his sword. Climb on to it to get the prompt to stab its eye and take the Dragon Tears.
