Flame Vent
Juzou the Drunkard's weakness is fire. You can easily defeat him using [Flame Vent] tool in conjunction with the Oil quick item to catch him on fire.

How to Beat Juzou the Drunkard Video
Get Rid of the Surround Enemies First
If not prepared, all surround fodder enemies armed with fire arrows and shields will also join in on the battle while fighting Juzou the Drunkard. You should clear the field prior to initiating a combat with Juzou.
Most Efficient Route to Kill All Fodder Enemies Near Juzou
| 1 | Sneak in the building to the left hand side of the Boss |
|---|---|
| 2 | 2 fodders will be in the building. Stealth kill one, and follow up on the other for a swift kill. |
| 3 | Go down the hall to find groups of 5 fodders and boss. Stealth kill the one nearest to you with the shield, then quickly retreat the way you came in. |
| 4 | Hide until enemies' alert state dissipates. Go down the same hall and stealth kill the nearest fodder |
| 5 | Retreat and hide until enemies' alert state dissipates |
| 6 | Repeat step 4 & 5 until all fodders are dealt with |
Talk to NPC for Assistance
You will come across a friendly NPC by the name of Gensai Nogami. He will accept to aid you in your battle with the Drunkard upon talking with him. Make sure to talk to him before fighting the boss Be warned however, he won't be able to take too much hits, try dealing with the fodders before recruiting him.
Use Oil & Flame Vent Combo to Deal Damage to Boss
You will be able to stun & deal fire damage to the boss by tossing Oil consumables at him, then igniting it with Flame Vent. Juzou is not particularly fast, should be an easy target for this tactic.
Juzou the Drunkard Boss Attacks
Vertical Swing
Juzou swings his sword vertically to his front. It has a long wind-up, and will be relatively easy to dodge to the side and follow up with a counter.
Double Sweep
Juzou swipes his katana twice to his front. Although the motion is slow, you will get hit if you try to dodge to his side. Try jumping backwards and keep your distance.
Poison Mist
Juzou spews green noxious mist from his mouth. The mist will build up your Poison meter, so try to stay away from its area of effect.
Ground Stomp + Palm Strike + Poison Mist Combo
Juzou will attempt this combo when you are near in his reach. Juzou will deliver a mighty stomp, and will follow up with a palm strike and poison mist attack. Although deadly, the combo's reach is limited to his close vicinity to the front. Step to either of his side to evade.
