How To Obtain Outcast Work Camp

1. How To Find The Quest Giver
Once you've progressed the game enough and unlocked the Campus Settlement, side missions will be unlocked for that settlement.
2. Arturo Is Found Near A Set of Stairs
Go through the central path and Arturo can be found beside a set of stairs.

| 1 | Head towards the Side Mission marker in the Constitution Hall area |
| 2 | Clear the area of enemies to secure the entrance |
| 3 | Head to the marked gate to enter the Outcast prison |
| 4 | Clear the prison yard of enemies |
| 5 | Free the prisoners by opening the marked containers |
| 6 | Enter the building through the ramp on the right |
| 7 | Open the door to the next area. Resupply as needed |
| 8 | Enter the area through the window and clear the area of enemies |
| 9 | Proceed forward and open the door to the next area |
| 10 | Clear this area and eliminate The Warden |
| 11 | Once area is clear, release Sam Wellford, and survive the assault from the remaining Outcasts |
| 12 | Talk to Sam Wellford to complete the side mission |
Outcast Work Camp Mission Tips & Tricks
2.~11. Maintain Cover In All Engagements
Don't engage enemies upfront out of cover as you'll take more damage and you're left vulnerable at all sides. Be patient and slowly inch your way towards enemies.
4. Watch Out For Snipers
Outcast Snipers shoot explosive arrows from a distance. Watch out for the glint to see the trajectory of the arrow. Shoot the Sniper as he prepares his shot to prematurely detonate it.

The entrance to the building is on the 2nd floor, which can be accessed via a ramp on the right side of the area.
8. Beware Of Rushers
Make sure to take them out before they reach you. Aim for the bomb strapped on their chests to take them out. The explosion will also kill off enemies nearby.
10. Eliminate The Warden and Other Enemies
Clear Other Enemies First
This encounter will be easier if other enemies are cleared first. Take out the snipers in the area as they can deal heavy damage.
The Warden Is A Heavy Weapons Type Enemy
Using his LMG, The Warden can deal suppression fire which can pin you down. Move from cover to cover and slowly inch your way. Sniping him is also a viable tactic. Aim for his backpack to stagger him as well.
