Skill Effects and ease of use are factors but if you compare their stats. There will be times that an SR weapon has higher base stats than SSR. SR weapons also consume less materials to level up so it is recommended to level up SR that you find easy to use.
Easier To Obtain SR Weapon
SR Weapon can easily obtained via Story and event rewards. You can also obtain them from World Boss's Password Boxes. They are very easy to Advance. If you want to Advance SR weapons, it is recommended to fight World Bosses.
If It Is A Range Weapon Use Them When Exploring
When exploring the world, there are many instances wherein you will need ranged weapons. Not only gimmicks, you can also defeat enemies from a far with ranged weapon so they are recommended when travelling.

You can set 3 kinds of weapon in one set and have a maximum of 3 sets. With Preset, you do not need to do the trouble of reselecting weapons. It is recommended to have a traveling set and a battle set.
