Make Sure To Have Enough Space
Since problems may occur due to insufficient capacity on the device, free space should be checked before launching the game. It seems that 15 GB of free space is recommended for the smartphone version and 25 GB for the PC version.
Check Your Internet Connection
You'll need to be online to access the game. Check your internet or wifi connection if you keep getting disconnected or experiencing lag in-game. Make sure to have a stable internet connection to have the best gaming experience.
