Matrix is a weapon enhancement item that can be equipped with up to 4 items per Weapon and increases their status. Since it is an enhancement item that has a significant impact on raising CS (combat power), we recommend acquiring it and enhancing this item.
Different Status Increases For Each Equipment Types
Matrix has four different Equipment types, each with a different increase in status. Equipment Weapons are equipped with the right Matrix for their characteristics, and perform efficiently.

Significant Enhancement When Set Effects Are Activated
By equipping multiple Matrix of the same character and the same rarity, a powerful set effect can be obtained. Matrix with a rarity of SR/R/N has a 3-set effect with 3 Equipment types, SSR has a 2-point set effect with 2 Equipment types, and a more powerful 4-set effect with 4 Equipment types.
Recommended Matrix For Quick Set Up
If you are not sure which Matrix to equip, you can choose from "Recommended Matrices" and install a set that fits your Equipment Weapons. Although possession of the relevant Matrix is a prerequisite, it is useful to be able to quickly select an effective set.

Get By Matrix Special Order
The main way to obtain a high rarity Matrix is through Order. Proof of Purchase, Dark crystal, and other materials are needed to draw Matrix Special Order, so collect them actively.

Buy At Matrix Store
If you draw an Order in the Matrices Special Order, you will get x1 chip prototype per draw. The chip prototype can be exchanged for any Matrix at the Matrix store.
SSR Matrices Obtained From Specific Content
Play [Void Rifts] and [World Boss] to earn Matrices of various rarities including SSR. Since both are multiplayer content events and the duration of the event is limited, it is recommended to actively participate when you can play.
Joint Operation Is Recommended In The Early Stages
Matrix drops in the "Joint Operation" content for multiplayer, which can be played from the beginning of the game. It is recommended to prioritize playing Joint Operation in the early stages of the game since in addition to getting Matrix, you can also get armor.
Also Available In Suppressor Enhancement
Matrices can be obtained each time the suppressor version is enhanced to "V~.5". You can get SR Matrix of Echo from Omnium to III, and get Matrix of SSR Shiro after that, so it is recommended to enhance suppressors.

Prioritized Enhancing Matrices
Matrices can carry over the experience used to enhance it. Since enhancement materials are not wasted, even low-rare Matrices should be enhanced actively.
Level Up To Increase Set Effects
If you own the same Matrix, you can enhance its basic performance and set effect by leveling up (star factor). Note that the number of times you can level up depends on the rarity of Matrix.

Comparison Of Full Star SR And No Star SSR Matrices
No Star SSR Matrices is stronger than Full Star SR. However, this is a comparison of status only, so in reality, equipment should be considered based on set effects and other factors. If there is no set effect, it is recommended to give priority to No Star SSRs.
