Unchangeable Contents
Server Cannot Be Switched
Server selection is the first thing you are going to encounter upon entering the game. The saved data is different for each server which makes it unable to switch between servers later on. As of now, there is no possible way of transferring saved data to another server so if you want to play with friends, pick a common server.

Character Gender Cannot Be Swapped
You need to pick the gender of your character at the very start of the game. It is possible customize your character through purchasable items, pulls, and cash item, but you need to be careful because it is impossible to change the gender of your character later on in the game.
Changeable Contents
Dark Crystal Can Be Used To Change Names
You can access the Shop in the upper right corner of the screen. Proceed to HOT tab when purchasing the Identity Update Card and use it from the backpack. This can let you change your name. It costs 300 Dark Crystal although you can also change the character name as you progress in the game.

Character Can Be Customized
Character customization can be done any time. It can be accessed from Menu located in the upper right corner of the screen then go to Backpack → Outfits. You can change the costumes & head accessories for free but if you are planning to change the face, hair, body, and color theme, you need to use either Beauty Voucher or 100 Dark Crystal per modification.
