Visiting Navia during a side mission, you can get the SSR Relic Colossus Arm. There are many prerequisite procedures in order for you to acquire it but it is a powerful relic even in PvP so make sure to get one.
Low Priority in SSR Relics Selection Boxes
You can get SSR Relics Selection Box from pass rewards & sign-in day 7 reward from a newly created account. As mentioned above, SSR Relic Colossus Arm can be obtained by finishing a side mission so do not select Colossus Arm from SSR Relic Selection Boxes; better to select other relics instead.

The puzzle of Navia west tower is easy and all you need to do is enter the password 5972. The number 9 was displayed as 10% off because of a bug, but it still responds as 9 if you press it.
Prepare "Tool Set" At South of Navia Bay

The tower located at the south of Navia uses "Tool Sets" x2 that can be acquired from Fine Gifts. Use Training Points to purchase Fine Gifts from the point shop.
How To Get Training Points
You can get Training Points from completing challenges from Training Facilities that are scarred in different areas. You can do 1 challenge daily so do not forget about it whenever you play.
Search For 2 Bases

In order to launch the device of east tower in Navia, it is required to go to two Hyena oil wells. First, go to the base of signal station at the western area and talk to the Hyena Guard; get the location pinpoint of the mission after this.
Talk To Lozwall At The Banges Dock

Transmit to the Banges Dock and get the password from Lozwall to enter the base. Return to the prior base and select the bottom option twice.
Inspect The Bulletin Board Inside The Base
The password required to enter the Hyena secret base is hidden on the bulletin board inside the base. You can also get a unique Supply Pod with vehicle parts so do not miss it before you leave the place.
Head to Hyena Base B

At the second oil well base, enter the password that you acquired prior from the bulletin board inside the secret base. You can choose any of the options available so you don't really need to remember.
Give Iced Strawberry Soda To Morgley
You can obtain the Console Components from Morgley by giving him Iced Strawberry Soda. The succeeding steps just involve returning to the tower in Navia gulf. In addition, you can also get unique items such as Supply Pod with vehicle parts but requires Sizzling Meat. Ensure to prepare it beforehand for convenience.
Getting Iced Strawberry Soda
You can get Iced Strawerry Soda from Hykros vending machine or from cooking if you ever got the recipe which requires Strawberries, Honey, & Carbonated Water. Also, prepare Sizzling Meat by cooking Game Meat.

You can activate the device simply by using the Console Components you got from Morgley. You can now go to the Colossus Arm to get it.
Get The Colossus Arm At The Center Of The Gulf

If you access the illuminated device located at the center of the gulf, you are transported to the ecology park. There are a number of Support Pods, one of which contains the SSR Relic Colossus Arm. After getting the relic, use it to your advantage when doing PvE contents such as exploration, as well as in PvP.
