Orienteering Event Contents & Guide
Complete By Passing All 17 Checkpoints
Orienteering is a racing competition in which the goal is to pass a total of 17 checkpoints within 10 minutes per race. All players must pass through all the checkpoints as quickly as possible to reach the finish line.
Checkpoints Will Turn Green
Checkpoints that you have not yet reached are highlighted yellow and those have been reached will glow green. Note that even if you pass a green checkpoint again, it will not be counted as a new checkpoint.
Entry Is Limited To Once Per Hour
Race entries will be accepted every hour starting at 12:00 PM, and registration will be open for 10 minutes from the start of entries. Only one entry per hour will be allowed so those who wish to play must be sure to enter immediately once it is available.

Earn 400 Star Grit By Participating
Just by playing Orienteering, you can get Star Grit x400 as a participation prize. In addition, you can also get Star Grit from ranking rewards, so players with good racing skills can earn more Star Grit.
Failure To Reach All Checkpoints Will Be Considered As An Abandon
If you do not pass all the checkpoints in time, you will be considered to have abandoned the race. In this case, you will not receive the Star Grit reward. You must at least pass all the checkpoints to get the participation prize.

Pay Attentions To Areas Where You Can Go Off Course
There are various obstacles on the course. In particular, if you run off the course or fall from the bridge, it will take a lot of time to return so try to be careful.
Checkpoint 7 - Ramp
There are multiple ramps on the course that can be dangerous. Make sure to step on the blue arrows to accelerate and tap the jump button at the right moment to get the boost.
Checkpoint 12 - Destroyed Road
Before you are able to reach Checkpoint 12, there is a section of the road that has collapsed. Try to avoid this area to avoid falling off course.
Route To Checkpoint 13
On the way to Checkpoint 13, there is an intersection with Checkpoint 2. Note that there are guide points going to the left, but the correct path to proceed to Checkpoint 13 is by following the road in the center.
Smaller Vehicles Are Recommended
Large vehicles such as Monocross and Voyager can easily be blocked by obstacles and lose time. The Chaser or 2613 are highly recommended because they are small and easy to operate.
Hilda's Simulacra Trait (Pedal to the Metal)
Hilda can be awakened to increase her vehicle speed. We were able to verify that the speed buff will work on this event. So those who have already awakened Hilda will have an advantage.

Orienteering will be held on Thursday, Sept 1 starting at 12:00 PM and ending on Thursday, Sept 15. Note that the event is only open on Monday/Wednesday/Friday/Sunday.
Players Must Be At Least Level 21 To Participate
The condition for participating in this event is players must be able to reach at least level 21. In addition, players must also be able to unlock the Bonus Screen. It is necessary to advance the Storyline to some extent before you are able to participate.
Complete Ecological Station Intruder
You can participate in the event by clearing the main storyline until Ecological Station Intruder and unlocking the Bonus Screen. Note that the Ecological Station Intruder is the tutorial quest before you are able to draw from Gacha Banners.

How To Obtain Star Grit
The reward for participating on this event will be Star Grit. It can be used in the event store (Aidan Black Market). Try to actively participate in the event to be able to purchase more rewards.
Up to 1200 Star Grit Can Be Obtained
The maximum number of Star Grit that you can acquire daily is limited to 1200. Note that this is the limit no matter how you play the event.
Redeem Limited Store Rewards
Once you have collected Star Grits, you can exchange them for Red Nucleus, vehicle parts for Mechbird, and other items at the Aidan Black Market. You can access the this store by going to Road of Strife Screen > Aidan Black Market.

Get Red Nucleus and Mechbird Parts With Star Grit
The event currency Star Grit can be exchanged for luxurious prized at the store. The highlights will be the Red Nucleus which can be used for the limited gacha banners, and the Mechbird, which will be a limited-edition vehicle.
