Turn Stick Jump Off

Recommended Config & Settings

Turning the stick jump setting off will lessen errors when flicking or tilting your joy stick upwards to make an attack.

Toggle "Rumble" According To Preference

Controller vibrations in this game are a preferential option and could be toggled on or off according to players' preference.

Lower Stick Sensitivity To Lessen Smash Attack Errors

Recommended Config & Settings

Lowering the sensitivity settings of your joy sticks will lessen attack errors. For example, the controller will not mistake your heavy attack "tilt" for a smash attack "flick" when attacking if the sensitivity settings are lowered.

Pro / Joy-Con Recommended Button Setting

Assign Grab To Y Button

Recommended Config & Settings

The Y button, as a default, is also used to jump in SSBU. It's recommended to assign Y for "Grab" instead for accessibility to throw attacks.
