You will be able to change your class by heading to one of the many Bivouacs littered across the map. Once you are in the Bivouac menu, select "Tactics" to choose select a different class.

Classes Need To Be Unlocked

Keep in mind that you will need to have unlocked the class before being able to select them in the Bivouac. You can unlock classes by spending Skill Points in the Skill Tree.
