What Are Gears?
Items Your Ghost Can Equip
Gears are equippable items for your Ghost. These gears can help you take on tougher enemies or increase your survivability as they allow you to take on more damage, or even increase your resistances to the environment!
Gear Will Dictate Gear Level
The gear that you have equipped will dictate your overall Gear Level. Depending on your Ghost's Gear Level, you will be able to do more damage to enemies and drones.
Enemies Have Gear Level As Well
However, you should also note that enemies also have a Gear Level. Enemies with a higher Gear Level will be able to do more damage to you, and can detect you more easily!
Gears Have Tiers
While exploring the map, you may stumble across Gears of different tiers. These tiers are color-coded, and present better gear performance than lower-tiered gears. The rarer the gear, the better its performance will be!
