In order to raise your rank, you must complete Rank Up Challenges. These challenges can be fulfilled either in single/multiplayer co-op, or in Ghost War.

Revive Teammates From Afar
The Field Medic's Healing Drone can be used to save fallen teammates in the battlefield. Use it only if necessary as you need to fill the Technique Gauge before you can use it again.
Self-Revive Ability
If you're down in the open and with no one to pick you up and revive you, you can just do it all by yourself with the Phoenix Class Proficiency. Just make sure that the coast is clear before you revive.
