Skell Credits & Ghost Coins - What's The Difference?
Skell Credits Can Be Earned In-Game
Skell Credit is the in-game currency in the world of Ghost Recon Breakpoint. You can earn them by completing missions, or looting fallen enemies or chests. You can use them to buy weapons, attachments, skins, and vehicles from Maria's shop.

Ghost Coin is the currency used to purchase items in the in-game Store. There is no way to earn Ghost Coins in-game and the only method to get them is to buy them with real money. The price of Ghost Coins vary per country and region.
What Can You Buy From The In-Game Store?

Purchased Items & Weapons Are Shared Across All Saves
Items purchased from the Store and Ghost Coins are shared across all characters in your account. You can use one character save slot to purchase items for your other characters to use.
Weapon Blueprints Include Skell Credits
Whenever you buy a weapon blueprint in the Store, you also get Skell Credits to pay for it when you purchase the weapon in Maria's shop in Erewhon.

Buy If You Want To Advance Faster
Buying from the Store is a very convenient way to unlock weapons and items faster. Instead of gathering intel and traveling to each's blueprint location, you can just buy them from the Store instead.
You Don't Need To Buy To Finish The Game
As most of the items and weapons displayed in the Store can be acquired in-game, you do not need to buy Ghost Coins in order to unlock them. You can complete the game without paying using the Store.
You Can Get Most Of The Weapons & Items In-Game
Attachments, weapons, vehicles, and most skins can be acquired in-game without spending a single Ghost Coin. You can loot outposts or complete missions to unlock a lot of them, or just buy them from Maria's shop in Erewhon with Skell Credits.

Some cosmetics such as weapon paints and camo designs can only be bought from the store. There is no way to acquire these unique skins in-game unless you spend the required Ghost Coins to buy them.
