Ambush - Blackout Mode
Blackout for Snipers and Melee Combatants
Ambush is a new Limited Time Mode where only Sniper Rifles and melee weapons are available. Kills will take place at extremely close or long ranges in this mode!

What Is Ambush?
A Snipers and Melee Only Blackout Mode
Ambush is a new LTM for Blackout featuring only Sniper Rifles and Melee weapons, forcing gunfights to happen at extreme ranges. Be on the lookout for Skulker and Dead Silence to help you gain advantage.

Perk Priority
| Perk | Description | Priority |

| Skulker | Move faster while crouched and prone. | High |
| Dead Silence | Move quietly and resist detection from Acoustic Sensor. | High |
| Outlander | Decreases damage from the circle and increases speed when taking circle damage. Lasts for 2 mins. | High |
| Paranoia | Receive an audible alert when an enemy is targeting you while ADS (Aiming Down Sight). Lasts for 4 mins. | High |
| Looter | Reveals all nearby stashes and items. Lasts for 2 min. | Medium |
Get Armor & Armor Plates
Armor can save you from potential one shot kills. Be on the lookout for Lvl 3 armor and keep Armor Plates handy to repair it.
Weapons Priority
Since only snipers and melee weapons are available, be on the lookout for the Paladin and the Koshka which are capable of high damage. Keep a melee weapon on hand as well for close range engagements.
Be on the lookout for Sniper Scopes or 4X scopes
Your Sniper Rifle will be useless with a default iron sight equipped, so make sure you acquire long range scopes for this LTM.

Secure a Vehicle
Since the game will only spawn Sniper Rifles and Melee weapons, vehicles become so much more valuable as they act as protection, and allow you to move through the map quickly when the circle collapses.

A high ground is always advantageous in this mode as Sniper Rifles work best when fired on wide open spaces. But on the flipside, watch out for enemies on hills and towers!
