The Mist Noble can easily be killed without using any of your Prosthetic Tools of Items. It is recommended that you refrain from using anything but your sword to conserve Spirit Emblems and items.

The Mist Noble is one of, if not, the weakest boss in the game. Its attacks are slow, and a few hits with your sword will allow you to finish it off with a Deathblow.
Take Out One Of Its HP Nodes Via Deathblow
If you want to save time during your encounter with the Mist Noble, you can kill it faster by taking out one of its HP Nodes via a Deathblow.
