Speak No Evil - Mission Tips

1. Heading to Mechanical R&D Center

Mechanical R&D Center Location

The Mechanical R&D Center is found in the Northen Part of the Whaler's Bay province. You can find it north of the Auction's Glade area, and southwest of the St Patrick Hill.

2, 4, 8, 9. Talking to Civilians

Look For Civilians With i Icons

Look For Civilians With i Icons

Civilians with the information that you need are marked with an i icon. You can do some scout these civilians early with your drone when you get to the area. This way, you don't need to waste time scouring the area for the correct civilian.

Converse When Not In Combat

Converse When Not In Combat

Make sure that the area is not hostile towards you when you try to initiate conversation. Civilians will refuse to talk to you when you are in combat. Make sure that you have at least vanished from enemies before talking to them.

3. Investigating the Computer

You will be able to find the computer with the information you need in the R&D Center's main building. It will be on the third floor of the building.

4. Heading to Anchor Point Station

Anchor Point Station

Anchor Point Station is in the Wild Coast province. It will be on the southwestern area. This station is an island just off the coast of the main island. You may need to use a boat, or swim in order to get there.

5, 7. Interrogating Soldiers

Soldiers With i Icon Can Be Interrogated

Look for soldiers that have an i icon above them. These enemies have the information that you are looking for. You can scout them using your drone when you get to an area.

Grab Them To Interrogate Them

Grab Them To Interrogate Them

In order to interrogate a soldier, you will need to grab them. Once they are in your hold, an option to interrogate them will appear.

Can Be Done While in Combat

Unlike civilians, you can get information out of soldiers while you're in combat. However, it is best to interrogate them behind cover. When you are shot during interrogation, you will need to re-do the whole interrogation again.

9. Heading to Lake Bulkington

Lake Bulkington Location

Lake Bulkington is found in the southern portion of the Wild Coast region. It is East of St Patrick Hill. There will be an island in the middle of the lake which you can swim to. This is where the final survivor is.

10. Heading to Rosebud's Hideout

Rosebud's Hideout Location

Rosebud's hideout is a short walk northwest from the lake. It will be an outpost secluded by rocks called Outpost Blue Tiger.

11. Killing Rosebud

You will be able to find Rosebud in the outpost's main building. She will be on the top floor of the main building. You can scout her once you get to the camp using your drone.

You Can Shoot Rosebud From Afar

You Can Shoot Rosebud From Afar

Rosebud specializes in using sniper rifles. However, you can easily down her if you get to headshot her while she hasn't noticed you yet. Sniper rifles are the best type of weapon to use against her from afar.

Rosebud Drops Legendary Sniper Rifle

Rosebud Drops Legendary Sniper Rifle

After defeating Rosebud and looting her body, she will drop the Legendary Sniper Rifle "Zastava M93", and its blueprint. This Sniper Rifle is a great weapon to have since it can also ignore enemy armor when shooting.
