I think some operators could be added here, like Myrtle, an S tier vanguard despite being 4 stars. There's a sort of upgraded version of her, but she's really good for being available to beginners. Btw, if you want to recruit her, the tags are: Vanguard, Healing, DP-Recovery, I think.
