| 1 | Talk to Rains Fall inside his tent. |
| 2 | Mount your horse, and follow Charles. |
| 3 | Cross the river and continue following Charles uphill. |
| 4 | Unmount your horse when Charles gets off from his, to trigger a cutscene. |
| 5 | When night falls follow Charles towards the side of Fort Wallace. |
| 6 | Kill the guards at the entrance. |
| 7 | Circle around the perimeter of the Fort. |
| 8 | Stay still when the guard checks your area. |
| 9 | Kill the guards by the tower. |
| 10 | Scale the wall next to the guard tower to get inside the fort. |
6, 9. Use Silent Weapons
It is best to use silent weapons such as Throwing Knives or Bows in this section since you will be sneaking inside the Fort. The use of noisy weapons such as guns may alert the guards and blow your cover.

| 1 | Kill the guards around the perimeter. |
| 2 | Move up the tower to your left when Charles says "We'll never get past these guards." |
| 3 | Take out the guards inside the tower. |
| 4 | Using your bow, shoot down the lantern in the middle of the Fort to distract the guards. |
| 5 | Make your way to Charles and get inside the building with Eagle Flies. |
| 6 | Loot the guard Charles killed for the key and unlock Eagle Flies' door. |
1~3. Silent Weapons & Sneak Kills Are Recommended
Besides silent weapons, sneak kills are also useful as it instantly kills your target silently. If you find yourself in close proximity to your target, you can opt to sneak kill them instead!

| 1 | Shoot your way towards the exit of the Fort. |
| 2 | Use the cannon to break down the wall. |
| 3 | Mount your horse and follow Charles and Eagle Flies towards the river. |
| 4 | Take out the pursuing guards. |
| 5 | Kill the remaining guards on your tail as Charles readies the canoes. |
| 6 | Get on the empty canoe and row away from the island. |
| 7 | Evade the guards by the river shore shooting at you. |
| 8 | Once no more guards are shooting at you, dock the canoe by the shore next to Charles. |
4~5. Use Dead Eye To Shoot Down Enemies
As there will be lots of enemies on your tail during this sequence, you can trigger Dead Eye to precisely aim at their heads, and take them down in groups!

You won't need to shoot back at the guards shooting at you from the riverside. Most of their shots will be missing you, so focus on getting past them instead!
