Hero Tier List (Season 1)What's in a Hero Profile?
The Hero Profile provides an Overview of each hero including available cosmetics, emotes, and sprays, as well as abilities, backstory, and proficiency levels. You can access the Hero Profile by selecting Heroes in the main screen and choosing any hero.
Overview Section
The overview section provides a snapshot of the hero, including their role, Vanguard, Duelist or Strategist, and rated difficulty to play.
Cosmetics
In the Cosmetics section, players can customize and equip heroes with costumes, MVP animation, emotes, and sprays. Cosmetic items can be purchased in the game's store.
How to Customize HeroesAbilities
The Abilities section details the hero's skill set, including normal attacks, active and passive abilities, team-up abilities, and suggested combos. The best way to try each hero's abilities and combos is through the practice range.
Lore
The Lore section contains the backstory of each hero and since Marvel Rivals does not have a single player mode, the game's story is locked behind the lore and the gallery. Players have to wait for other lore to be released or participate in events to unlock story segments for each season.
All Seasonal EventsProficiency
The Proficiency section tracks your mastery and experience in playing a particular hero. As you continue to play and achieve milestones, your proficiency rank increases and you'll be able to unlock rewards such as sprays, KO prompts and avatars.
