What is a Team Up?

A Team Up in Marvel Rivals is a special ability that can only be triggered when specific Heroes are on the same team. Read ahead to see all Team Ups and their required Heroes.

	Hela	Loki
		Thor
	When Hela lands a final hit in defeating an enemy, she can instantly resurrect Loki and Thor in the respawn phase, or grant them Bonus Health if they are still alive.
Metallic Chaos	Required Hero	Eligible Heroes
	Scarlet Witch	Magneto
	Scarlet Witch can infuse Chaos Energy into Magneto to enchant his greatsword. Upon receiving the Chaos Energy, Magneto can unleash its full force, striking down enemies with his enchanted greatsword.
Voltaic Union	Required Hero	Eligible Heroes
	Thor	Storm
		Captain America
	Thor infuses Thorforce into Storm and Captain America, granting them an electrifying enhancement. With an electrifying enhancement, Storm can unleash a lightning barrage. With an electrifying enhancement, Captain America gains a Movement Boost, and his shield is imbued with thunder power, electrocuting nearby enemies.

		Jeff
	Jeff the Land Shark and Rocket Raccoon can ride on Groot's shoulder's, receiving Damage Reduction.
Symbiote Bond	Required Hero	Eligible Heroes
	Venom	Spider-Man
		Peni Parker
	Venom shares a part of his symbiotes with Spider-Man and Peni Parker, activating their symbiote abilities. Spider-Man and Peni Parker can convert the symbiotes into explosive spikes that inflict harm on nearby enemies and relentlessly drive them back.
Gamma Charge	Required Hero	Eligible Heroes
	Bruce Banner	Doctor Strange
		Iron Man
	Hulk charges Doctor Strange and Iron Man with gamma radiation. When Doctor Strange uses Maelstrom of Madness, he unleashes excess gamma energy. When Iron Man uses Armor Overdrive, he will initiate a gamma upgrade.
Ammo Overload	Required Hero	Eligible Heroes
	Rocket Raccoon	Punisher
		Winter Soldier
	Rocket Raccoon throws an Ammo Overload Device in the target direction. Upon entering the device's range, The Punisher and Winter Soldier receive the buffs of Infinite Ammo and Faster Firing.
Dimensional Shortcut	Required Hero	Eligible Heroes
	Magik	Black Panther
		Psylocke
	When Magik is on the field, Black Panther and Psylocke can tap into Limbo to rewind a few seconds back to a previous position; after passing through Limbo, Black Panther and Psylocke will gain Bonus Health based on missing health.

	Cloak & Dagger	Moon Knight
	Cloak & Dagger can inject light and dark energy into Moon Knight to create a Light & Dark Realm where Moon Knight can become invisible.

		Star-Lord
	Adam Warlock enhances the rebirth power of Star-Lord and Mantis, granting them the power of cocooned revival.

	Luna Snow	Namor
		Jeff
	Luna Snow infuses ice energy into Namor and Jeff the Land Shark, who then can tap into the ice energy to power up abilities at will.

	Hawkeye	Black Widow
	Hawkeye can share his Hunter's Sight with Black Widow, enabling her to catch sight of and damage afterimages of enemies.
Atlas Bond	Required Hero	Eligible Heroes
	Iron Fist	Luna Snow
	Iron Fist channels the Chi of Shou-Lao into Luna Snow, transforming her ice powers into a Chi-infused frosty ring that radiates from her. This ring can launch up enemies with chilling damage and applies a slowing effect, while simultaneously healing her allies.
Esu Alumnus	Required Hero	Eligible Heroes
	Spider-Man	Squirrel Girl
	Spider-Man gives Squirrel Girl a web bomb. She can launch it to unleash an explosion upon contact with the environment or an enemy, briefly immobilizing and damaging enemies caught in the blast.
Fastball Special	Required Hero	Eligible Heroes
	Bruce Banner	Wolverine
	Wolverine, Hulk can interact with each other. Once both parties confirm, Hulk can lift Wolverine and press the key to hurl him forward.
Fantastic Four	Required Hero	Eligible Heroes
	Invisible Woman	Mister Fantastic
	The Invisible Woman taps into her powers, channeling Psionic Might to fortify the entire Fantastic Four team. This formidable force bolsters MISTER FANTASTIC, granting damage resistance. Once activated, they can continually generate Bonus Health, making up for lost Health with each passing moment.

How to Use Team Ups

Bring the Required Heroes

Before being able to use a Team Up, you will first need to ensure that your selected Hero's Team Up ally is also present on your team.

During the drafting phase, you can request one of your allies to select a hero with a viable Team Up.

Press Team Up Button Together

Once you and an Ally have selected the relevant Heroes, both players will need to press the Team Up button (C key on Windows) almost simultaneously to trigger the Team Up.

Don't worry too much about timing the Team Up, since there will be a prompt on your screen to inform you that an ally is attempting to use a Team Up ability with you.

A Team Up is a special ability that is only usable when two specific heroes are part of the same team. Each unique Team Up has a different effect, and also requires different Heroes in order to activate it.
