How to Use Team Ups

Bring the Pre-Requisite Heroes

Marvel Rivals - Requesting Team Up

Before being able to use a Team Up, you will first need to ensure that your selected Hero's Team-Up ally is also present on your team.

Team-Ups Can Be Requested During the Drafting Phase

During the drafting phase, you can request one of your allies to select a hero with a viable Team-Up.

Allow Allies to Use Team-Up

Some Team Ups require permission from the player controlling the Anchor Hero to activate the Team-Up effect. For example, Wolverine needs to initiate the Team-Up and Hulk needs to accept the Team-Up before the ability can be executed.

Team-Up Prompts Appear on Screen

Keep an eye out on your screen for a Team-Up prompt, as this will tell you that an ally is attempting to perform a Team-Up with you!

What is a Team Up?

A Cooperative Special Ability

A Team Up is a special ability that is only usable when two specific heroes are part of the same team. Each unique Team Up has a different effect, and also requires different Heroes in order to activate it.
