Decide What to Prioritize for Earning

Earning by Focusing on Combat

If you are accustomed to combat or have ample funds, it is recommended to fight proactively. Defeating players makes it easier to obtain expensive weapons and equipment. However, if you are defeated, you will lose everything, so be aware that it is high risk, high return.

Understand Enemy Positions Based on Soundprints

In Arena Breakout, you can check for gunshots and footsteps on the screen as soundprints. Understand enemy positions through soundprints and gain an advantage in combat.

Be Aware of Advantageous Combat Locations

In shooting games, including FPS, how well you can hide your body while shooting is the key to winning battles. If the map has height differences, first secure an advantageous position by taking high ground. It's also important to use cover, or go prone or crouch to break lines of sight.

Earning by Focusing on Exploration

If you are not good at combat, it is recommended to earn funds through exploration. Avoid combat as much as possible, find supplies at exploration points, and bring them back. Learn the exploration points for each building beforehand through Impostor deployments, etc., and maneuver to earn funds reliably.

Memorize Drop Locations for High-Value Items

On the map, areas where high-value items are easily found are fixed, and the locations of safes are also fixed. Since the raid start position is random, check the map and plan which route to take to aim for high-value items.

Always Be Aware of Soundprints

Soundprints are also important in exploration. If a soundprint reacts, be wary of your surroundings. If you are not confident in combat, running away is also an option. Since your soundprints are also displayed to enemy players, it is possible to hide and wait it out without moving.

Be Careful of Your Surroundings When Looting

Looting items in an area with no cover carries the risk of being shot from multiple directions. Depending on the situation, such as when enemies are nearby or cover cannot be secured, it is important to give up looting. It is also recommended to create smoke cover with an M18 Smoke Grenade.

Use Prone or Crouch

You are completely defenseless while looting, so it is dangerous to search while standing. Always use prone or crouch to create a situation where it is difficult for enemies to see you.

Precautions for Solo Play

There is an Auto-Matching Feature

When starting a raid, if auto-match is enabled, a party will be formed automatically. You can express yourself with emotes even without using voice chat, so players who are not good at communication can also feel free to join.

Ally Actions Are Not Displayed as Soundprints

If an ally makes gunshots or footsteps, they will not be displayed as soundprints. If a soundprint occurs when an ally is nearby, there is a high probability that an enemy is present in the vicinity. If you confirm a soundprint, proceed while being wary of your surroundings.

Report by Marking the Map

Step 1
Report with preset chat messages
Step 2
Mark enemy positions on the map

When you find an enemy, communicate using chat. Preset messages are also available, so you can report without typing directly. Marking positions on the map allows for clear sharing with allies.

Grenades Also Damage Allies

Grenades have friendly fire enabled, making them difficult to handle. If you are not used to them, practice throwing them in the training grounds. The GHO 2 Offensive Grenade deals damage through cover, so particular caution is required.

Be Careful of Allies When Using in Actual Combat

When using grenades in actual combat, as a general rule, do not throw them in the direction of allies. Check your surroundings and throw grenades where enemies are isolated.

Completely Solo Participation is Possible but Not Recommended

Step 1
Tap "Auto-Match" in the upper right of the standby screen
Step 2
Turn off Auto-Match

Unchecking auto-match will disable automatic party formation with allies. However, completely solo play has many disadvantages, so it is recommended to form a party and start a raid.

Use Discord When Recruiting Teammates

Arena Breakout has an official Discord server. If you find solo play difficult, feel free to gather teammates in the "Team Recruitment" channel on Discord.
